Situation:

Client agency had an opportunity to compete for the launch of a newly opening bank catering to local and regional professionals and businesses.

Solution:

Creative direction for the client agency's business pitch, including competitive and creative analysis, and establishing a methodology for the agency to use to pursue new clients. Positioning, competitive research, creative direction, art direction for the launch campaign, including photo art direction. Distinctive website design with easy to use, icon driven navigation. The "personal banking" brand is supported by the photos of the bank officers, each of which link to that officer's bio and contact info.

Results:

The new bank exceeded pre-opening capitalization requirements, and grew to become Michigan's 72nd largest bank within 9 months of opening. Client agency won new client facilitating agency's transition into a full service agency.
